Pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy for relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma

Hodgkin LymphomaRelapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This study tests a combination of the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab with a chemotherapy regimen called GVD for patients whose Hodgkin's lymphoma has not responded or has returned after initial treatment. The goal is to see if this combination works better than standard approaches.

NCT05180097Recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy with stem cell transplant for relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma

This Phase 2 trial tests whether pembrolizumab plus brentuximab works better than standard chemotherapy followed by an autologous stem cell transplant for people whose classic Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or did not respond. It may help by improving cancer control before and around stem cell transplant and by comparing outcomes between the two treatment approaches.

Nivolumab plus ruxolitinib for relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma

This trial tests nivolumab (an immune therapy) combined with ruxolitinib (a drug that targets immune signaling) for people whose classical Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or did not respond. It may help shrink the lymphoma and improve disease control after prior treatments, including checkpoint inhibitor therapy.

BV-AVD for bulky Hodgkin lymphoma

This trial tests a combination of two drugs (brentuximab vedotin, AVD chemotherapy) for people with newly diagnosed, bulky Hodgkin lymphoma that hasn't spread far. It aims to see if this treatment works well for larger tumors.

NCT07234487Recruiting· Phase 2
Comparing two drug combos for advanced Hodgkin lymphoma

This trial tests a newer, lower-dose immunotherapy combination (AVD plus nivolumab) against a standard intensive chemo regimen (BEACOPP) that is adjusted based on PET scan results. It is for people with advanced classical Hodgkin lymphoma that has not been treated before.

A study of pembrolizumab plus chemo for frail Hodgkin lymphoma patients

This trial tests a combination of the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab with chemotherapy for people with newly diagnosed Hodgkin lymphoma who are too frail for standard treatment. The goal is to find a safer, effective option for patients who are older or have other health issues.

NCT04920617Recruiting· Phase 2
Vaccine plus pembrolizumab, with or without low-dose chemo

This Phase 2 study tests whether a cancer vaccine called DPX-Survivac, along with pembrolizumab (an immune medicine), can help shrink diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that has come back or not responded. It also looks at whether adding intermittent low-dose cyclophosphamide (a low-dose chemotherapy) improves results.
