Who can take part
- You have HIV that has been stable for the last 3 months (no major flare-ups or treatment changes).
- You have been on regular outpatient HIV care at the study clinic and had viral levels controlled for at least 1 year.
- Your viral load is suppressed to below 50 copies/mL for at least 1 year (small temporary spikes under 200 are allowed).
- Your lowest-ever CD4 count (nadir) was above 200 cells/mm³.
- You can give informed written consent and are covered by a social security plan.
- In the 2 months before a required stool sample, you did not take antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or other gut-altering products.
