Who can take part
- Be 21 years old or younger when joining
- Have newly diagnosed rhabdomyosarcoma that is fusion negative (FOXO1 fusion negative)
- Enroll in a required related genetics study (APEC14B1) and complete the molecular study steps first
- No prior chemotherapy or radiation for cancer before starting this trial (surgery alone is allowed)
- Be well enough to participate: performance score 50 or higher (based on age)
- Meet basic blood and organ lab targets (white blood cell/platelet counts and kidney/liver function)
