Who can take part

  • Be 21 years old or younger when joining
  • Have newly diagnosed rhabdomyosarcoma that is fusion negative (FOXO1 fusion negative)
  • Enroll in a required related genetics study (APEC14B1) and complete the molecular study steps first
  • No prior chemotherapy or radiation for cancer before starting this trial (surgery alone is allowed)
  • Be well enough to participate: performance score 50 or higher (based on age)
  • Meet basic blood and organ lab targets (white blood cell/platelet counts and kidney/liver function)
