Testing LOXO-783 for PIK3CA-mutated cancers

Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have a specific change in the PIK3CA gene (called H1047R or another activating mutation).
  • You must have a stored tumor sample available from a past procedure, or get approval to join without one.
  • You must have finished all previous cancer treatments and recovered from major side effects.
  • Your blood tests must show that your organs are working well enough.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
