Who can take part
- You can do daily activities pretty well: ECOG 0–1
- Your tumor (or blood) has a PIK3CA mutation confirmed by the study’s local testing
- You must provide old tumor tissue or be willing to do a new tumor biopsy before starting treatment
- Your cancer must be advanced (unresectable or metastatic) and no longer responding to standard treatment, or you can’t tolerate it
- Depending on the study group: your tumors must be the right cancer type and measurable/evaluable on scans
- You must not have uncontrolled diabetes and should not have certain lung, heart rhythm, brain, or allergy problems
