Who can take part
- You have stage II or III breast cancer that is operable or inoperable.
- Your tumor is ER-positive and HER2-negative.

- You have not had any prior treatment for this breast cancer (including surgery, radiation, or medication).
- You do not have type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes requiring medication.
