Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have aortic valve narrowing (aortic stenosis) based on echo test results
- Have symptoms (like shortness of breath with activity) or reduced heart pumping (ejection fraction under 50%)
- Be able to receive the valve through the groin (femoral artery) based on your vessel anatomy
- Have no pacemaker or triple-chamber defibrillator before the valve procedure
- Agree to the trial and be able to provide written consent
