- You are 18 years or older.
- Your doctor has already decided you need a total knee replacement using the Multigen Plus system (with or without the AMF TT cones).
- You can understand and sign the study consent form.

- You do not have an implant or cone “contraindication” (a medical reason you should not receive that specific device).
- If you have a knee replacement on the other (opposite) leg, it was not within the last year (or the previous outcome was not very low).
