Who can take part
- Your child is covered by a health insurance plan
- You (parent/guardian) agree for your child to join
- Your child eats a varied diet (not very limited)
- Your child is in one of these groups: grade 3+ reflux on trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole for 5+ months, or reflux/urine problems without long-term trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, or otherwise healthy without long-term trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole
- Your child has no ongoing gut disease (like chronic digestive illness or inflammatory bowel disease)
- No recent stomach/intestinal infection or antibiotics that would change gut bacteria (no gastroenteritis/colitis in last 15 days; no curative antibiotics in last month)
