- Your cancer is first diagnosed and you have not had a previous cancer before
- Your diagnosis matches one of these cancer areas: lip/oral cavity/pharynx (C00–C14)
- Your diagnosis matches one of these cancer areas: larynx (C32)
- You should not be having a second cancer or cancer that has come back before
