  • You have head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (a type of cancer in the mouth, throat, or voice box)
  • Your cancer cannot be cured, and you are getting treatments to control it or only supportive care
  • You are able to understand and sign a consent form
  • You agree to join the study within a set time after starting treatment or after finding out about recurrence or spread
