Who can take part
- Age 21 to 49 years old
- Have used cannabis before, and used it 3 days or less in the last 28 days
- Can sign consent and follow study rules, including avoiding other cannabis/products and other drugs (except alcohol or nicotine) for 7 days before visits
- Lung test result must be good (FEV1 is more than 90% of expected)
- BP must be at or below 130/80, and resting heart rate must be 100 beats per minute or less
- No pregnancy planned; if you can get pregnant, you need negative pregnancy tests and reliable birth control during the study
