Who can take part
- You are at least 14 years old when you sign consent.
- Your lymphoma type is one of these: diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMLBCL), or certain transformed/grade 3 follicular lymphoma.
- Your tumor has CD19 confirmed, and there must be at least one measurable tumor spot outside the brain.
- Your disease must be relapsed or refractory (not controlled), after either stem cell transplant or at least two prior treatment lines (including anti-CD20 and chemotherapy).
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–2), and you have no major organ problems that make treatment unsafe.
- You must not have had prior CAR-T or other CD19-targeting treatments, and you must be able to safely do the required contraception rules.
