Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a CAR-T cell treatment made to target CD19 on lymphoma cells (PL001). It’s for people whose B-cell lymphoma has come back or not responded to standard treatments, aiming to shrink the cancer and help control the disease.

Who can take part

  • You are at least 14 years old when you sign consent.
  • Your lymphoma type is one of these: diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMLBCL), or certain transformed/grade 3 follicular lymphoma.
  • Your tumor has CD19 confirmed, and there must be at least one measurable tumor spot outside the brain.
  • Your disease must be relapsed or refractory (not controlled), after either stem cell transplant or at least two prior treatment lines (including anti-CD20 and chemotherapy).
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–2), and you have no major organ problems that make treatment unsafe.

NCT06593145Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR-T therapy for relapsed CD19+ B-cell cancers

This trial tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for people with certain B-cell cancers (leukemia or lymphoma) that have not responded to standard treatments. It aims to see if these specially engineered immune cells can attack and destroy the cancer.

NCT06703892Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR T-cell therapy for relapsed B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD20 and CD19) on your cancer cells. It is for people with certain types of lymphoma that have not responded to or have come back after at least two prior treatments.

CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a special cell therapy called CAR-T that targets CD19 on lymphoma cells. It is for people with aggressive large B-cell lymphoma that has not responded to standard treatments or has come back after treatment.

NCT07344818Recruiting· Early Phase 1
CAR-T cell therapy targeting CD19 and CD20 for hard-to-treat B-cell lymphoma

This early-stage study tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets two proteins, CD19 and CD20, on your lymphoma cells. It is for people with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded after several treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can help shrink the cancer.

CAR-T for CD19-positive relapsed or resistant blood cancers

This trial tests a type of immune treatment (CAR-T cells) for blood cancers that have come back or did not respond after standard treatments. It is for tumors that have CD19 on their cells, aiming to reduce the cancer and improve remission chances.
