- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are missing all of your upper teeth (no upper teeth at all).
- You have either some natural lower teeth or lower dentures.
- You have enough bone in your upper jaw to support at least 4 dental implants (the doctor will check this with imaging).
- Your upper jaw has been healed for at least 3 months after any tooth extractions.
- You do not have uncontrolled diabetes or a history of radiation to the head or neck.
