Who can take part
- Be 18 years old or older
- Sign a consent form after the study is explained to you
- Have a femur fracture that needs surgery or a bone cut (osteotomy) and is eligible for an internal bone nail
- Be treated with the ZNN Bactiguard System antegrade femoral nail (or scheduled to)
- Be able and willing to attend follow-up visits and follow the surgeon’s instructions
- Be able to understand and cooperate with the study (not someone who cannot understand or comply)
