This trial studies whether a one-time stem-cell–based treatment (made from your own burn-derived cells) is safe and may help healing in adults with deep burns. If you may qualify, you’ll be randomly assigned to receive the study treatment or a control.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your burn covers at least 5% of your body (TBSA)
- You have a full-thickness burn that needs an operation
- You were admitted to the hospital within 120 hours after the burn
- Your burn includes both sides of the body (a matched opposite/“contralateral” area)
