Who can take part
- You are female and age 50 or older.
- Your breast cancer looks small and localized (cT1N0) on breast imaging, meaning no known spread to nearby lymph nodes.
- Your biopsy shows low-grade cancer (Bloom-Richardson grade 1–2), hormone-receptor positive (ER+), and HER2 negative, and it is not invasive lobular type.
- Your biopsy/lab results show no cancer in the sentinel lymph node (excluding tiny isolated cells only).
- You do not need chemotherapy or HER2-targeted therapy; endocrine (hormone) therapy is allowed.
- You can speak and understand Dutch well enough for the study, and you have no major MRI safety problems.
