Who can take part
- You are 18–75 years old.
- You have confirmed colorectal adenocarcinoma (colon cancer) that has spread only to the liver.
- Your liver metastases cannot be removed by surgery right now, as decided by a local expert team.
- Your tumor’s genetic markers are RAS-mutations absent and BRAF V600E is not present (it is “wild-type”).
- You have good day-to-day function (ECOG 0–1) and expected survival over 3 months.
- You can provide scan and tissue material: a PET/CT before treatment and a colonoscopy biopsy specimen before treatment.
