Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have colorectal cancer that spread to the liver, and the liver tumors cannot be removed by surgery or you choose not to have surgery.
  • Your primary tumor is not causing serious problems like bleeding or blockage.
  • Your first line of treatment (the first drugs or therapies you tried) did not work or the disease got worse.
  • You have 5 or fewer liver tumors, and each tumor is no bigger than 3 cm (about 1.2 inches).
  • You are willing to receive a type of immunotherapy called anti-PD-1 (it helps your immune cells attack cancer).
