- You have colorectal adenocarcinoma confirmed by tissue testing (biopsy/surgery pathology)
- Your initial scans suggest liver metastases that surgeons say are not removable yet
- Your tumor is RAS and BRAF wild-type (not the RAS/BRAF mutations the trial excludes)
- You are generally doing well day-to-day (ECOG 0–1) and expected to live at least 3 months
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney blood tests are high enough to safely take study treatment
- You agree to sign the informed consent form
