- You had the “Anatomical Shoulder Bipolar System” implant placed during surgery
- This was used as a backup plan because the usual reverse shoulder attachment to the shoulder socket couldn’t be made during the operation
- You are age 18–100 and your bones are fully grown
- You sign the study consent form and are able to follow the follow-up visit schedule
- You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
