- You need a first (primary) shoulder replacement for osteoarthritis or arthritis after an injury
- You can and agree to come back for scheduled follow-up visits after surgery
- Your age is between 18 and 80 on the day of surgery
- You agree not to join other treatment or device studies that would interfere for about 2 years after surgery
- During surgery, the surgeon can place only the specific study implant (not a different type)
