Who can take part

  • You must be age 18 or older
  • You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer, and standard treatment is not possible, not available, or not tolerated
  • Your tumor test must show the KRAS G12C mutation (this is checked using a tissue sample by a study lab)
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans
  • Your general functioning must be fairly good (ECOG 0 to 1) and you must be expected to live more than 12 weeks
  • You must be able to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose
