  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a specific KRAS G12C mutation.
  • You have not had any systemic treatment (like chemotherapy) for your advanced lung cancer.

  • Your daily activities are not significantly limited (ECOG 0 or 1).
