Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer (solid tumor) confirmed by biopsy or lab test with a KRAS G12C genetic mutation
- Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging (CT scan or similar)
- You are 18 years or older and in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–1)
- You have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidney) are adequate
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control for 6 months after treatment ends
