Who can take part
- You must have a cancer confirmed by biopsy, and it must be metastatic (spread) or cannot be removed by surgery, with standard options no longer working or not available
- Your cancer must be measurable on scans (for parts of the study that require measurable disease)
- If you’re in the NUT carcinoma group, your tumor must test positive for NUT using specific lab tests (IHC for NUT protein, or FISH/ DNA-RNA sequencing for NUT gene change) at a certified lab

- You must be well enough to participate (specific blood counts, liver/kidney lab limits, and good activity level) and have no serious uncontrolled medical problems
