Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that can’t be controlled with standard treatment, or there is no standard option
  • Your tumor and/or blood test shows a known cancer-related gene change (a “pathogenic” or “likely pathogenic” defect) that matches a study group
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample from a recent biopsy or surgery (usually within 12 months; special timing rules apply for bone-only disease)
  • You are 18 or older and can have study treatment if your body strength tests are good enough (ECOG 0–1)
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver tests meet safety thresholds
  • You can take the study pills/capsules and agree to follow study visits and procedures
