Who can take part

  • You have advanced breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has been tested for HER2 (a protein) and fits into a specific group like HER2-low, HER2-positive, or triple-negative.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your heart function is good, with an ejection fraction of 55% or higher.
  • You have not had certain prior treatments, like a drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan or an antibody that targets both PD-L1 and VEGF.
