Who can take part
- You’re older than 18 and able to sign consent.
- You have confirmed prostate cancer (prostate adenocarcinoma from a biopsy).
- Your health and daily functioning are good (ECOG 0–1).
- Your prostate cancer is high-risk but not known to be widespread (M0) on scans.
- You have not had radiation to the pelvic area before.
- You have no medical reason you cannot receive radiation.
