Who can take part
- You agree to join and sign the consent form
- You are age 50 to 80
- You have a smoking history of at least 20 pack-years (and if you quit, it was within the last 15 years)
- You have been referred for lung cancer screening and would qualify for a low-dose CT scan (LDCT)
- You can travel for an LDCT at City of Hope Duarte, Newport Beach, or Lancaster, and your insurance can pay for that LDCT
- You are willing to provide a blood sample and speak English
