Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have metastatic, well-differentiated grade 1 or 2 gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, confirmed on scans that light up on DOTATATE-type imaging
- Have already had 3 or 4 treatment cycles with 177Lu-DOTATATE (or a specific total dose), and no previous targeted alpha therapy
- Show tumor progression after the prior 177Lu-DOTATATE treatment, with a qualifying timeline (no earlier than 12 months from the post-treatment scan used to measure response)
- Have no serious ongoing side effects from prior 177Lu-DOTATATE that are grade 3 or higher, and be well enough to function day to day (ECOG 0–2)
