- You are age 35 or older
- Your baseline CT scan shows a lung nodule with a solid part at least 80%
- The nodule is between 5 and 30 mm (about 0.2 to 1.2 inches) on the CT scan
- The nodule is not fully calcified (not completely calcified on the CT)
- Your CT scan includes specific high-quality full-breath images taken without major contrast issues
