Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 80 years old.
  • You currently smoke or quit smoking within the last 15 years, and you have smoked at least 20 pack-years (for example, one pack a day for 20 years or two packs a day for 10 years).
  • You are a patient at UI Health (University of Illinois Hospital or Mile Square health clinic).
  • You do not have a history of invasive cancer (other than certain skin cancers) in the past 5 years.
  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding (if you could become pregnant).
