Who can take part
- Be older than 18 years
- Have cubital tunnel syndrome with severe symptoms (McGowan-Goldberg grade 3)
- Have an EMG needle test showing chronic nerve damage in the ulnar nerve muscles in the hand
- Have nerve damage that is severe on testing (motor axonal loss) and worse than a set threshold on motor unit number estimation (MUNE)
- Do not have other nerve injuries at the same time, and you have not had prior cubital tunnel surgery or other neurologic conditions that could explain symptoms
