Who can take part
- Have Stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, confirmed by biopsy/cytology
- Have a KRAS p.G12C mutation proven before the study (from tissue or blood testing)
- Have not had prior treatment for this unresectable Stage III lung cancer
- Be unable to receive the study’s planned chemo-radiotherapy together (for example due to tumor size, lung limits, lung scarring, past chest radiation, or committee decision)
- Have baseline scans showing no spread to distant organs (PET-CT required) and get a brain CT or MRI
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot, enough organ function, and an ECG heart rhythm test within limits

This Phase 2 trial studies sotorasib, a targeted medicine, in people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific KRAS mutation called G12C. You may be eligible if your cancer has spread or can’t be removed by surgery and has grown again after at least one previous treatment.
