Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign consent before any trial procedures.
- Your cancer is NSCLC that is advanced or spread, and you can’t have curative surgery or radiation.
- Your tumor has a KRAS G12C mutation, and you do not have certain other “targetable” gene changes (like EGFR, ALK, RET, or ROS1).
- Your cancer has gotten worse after anti–PD-1 treatment (with or without platinum chemotherapy).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked on scans.
- Your blood counts and organ/liver/kidney tests at screening are strong enough (for example, certain white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, albumin, and kidney function).
