Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and able to sign consent and follow study visits
- Your cancer must be one of these: high-grade serous or endometrioid ovarian cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, or non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (and specific additional eligible types for the combination)
- Your tumor must test positive for mesothelin (MSLN): at least 40% of tumor cells with staining intensity of 2+ or higher
- Your disease must be advanced (metastatic, recurrent, or progressing) and you must have measurable tumors on scans
- You should be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1) and have at least 2 months of expected life
- You need accessible tumor areas for a baseline and follow-up biopsy, and (for women) a negative pregnancy test
