Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancers that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery: mesothelioma, stomach/esophageal cancer, or bladder cancer.
- Your cancer must have a specific genetic marker called MTAP deletion.
- You have not had systemic treatment for your metastatic cancer, except as allowed by the trial (e.g., for stomach cancer, you may have had chemo or radiation for localized disease if more than 6 months ago).
- You need to be healthy enough for daily activities (KPS ≥70) and be at least 18 years old.
- You must be willing to use highly effective birth control during the study and for a period after treatment.
- You cannot have taken certain drugs like PRMT5 inhibitors or MAT2A inhibitors before.

- You must have adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function as shown by blood tests.
