Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancers: pleural mesothelioma, stomach/esophageal cancer, or bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor must have a loss or deletion of a gene called MTAP, confirmed by a lab test on your tumor tissue.
- For mesothelioma or stomach/esophageal cancer: you must not have had any prior systemic treatment for advanced disease, except one cycle of standard therapy with doctor approval.
- For bladder cancer: you must have had at least one prior treatment, but not gemcitabine. Some exceptions may apply.
- You must have measurable disease (tumors that can be seen on scans) and be well enough to perform daily activities (Karnofsky score at least 70 or ECOG 0-1).
- You cannot have had prior treatment with certain other drugs (PRMT5 or MAT2A inhibitors), active brain metastases, or certain heart or liver conditions.
