Who can take part
- You have advanced ovarian or pancreatic cancer that has not responded to at least one prior treatment.
- Your tumor tissue tested positive for mesothelin (a protein on the surface of some cancer cells).
- You have at least one measurable tumor on a CT or MRI scan (at least 1 cm wide).
- You are in reasonably good health (able to walk, manage daily activities, and have normal organ function).
- If you are a woman of childbearing age, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective birth control for one year after treatment.
