- You are age 18 to 75
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS)
- Your HS skin problems have been present for at least 1 year
- You have HS in at least two different body areas
- You can consent for yourself (you are able to decide and sign consent)
- You do not have certain reasons that make injections or skin biopsy unsafe (for example, severe bleeding/clotting problems or end-stage heart failure)
