Who can take part

  • Your child is 6 months to 18 years old (not a newborn).
  • The diagnosis of medulloblastoma has been confirmed under the microscope (pathology test).
  • Before surgery, your child has not had other treatment that affects this condition (like certain prior therapy).
  • After surgery, the child’s ability to function is good (KPS score 70 or higher).
  • You can provide tumor tissue for genetic/molecular typing, and the results can be done.
  • Your child can have special MRI scans of the head and whole spine, with contrast (enhanced MRI).
