Who can take part

  • Your child’s medulloblastoma must be newly diagnosed (suspected at first, then confirmed by the study’s central review).
  • Your child must be under 60 months old when starting the study.
  • Tumor tissue from the primary surgery must be available for study lab testing (molecular testing and pathology review).
  • The trial treatment must start within 36 days after the definitive surgery (or the second surgery if needed to remove remaining tumor).
  • Your child must have staging scans and a spinal fluid test (CSF) unless that procedure is medically unsafe.
