New drug combination for high-risk bladder cancer not removable by scope
Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests two new drugs (SHR-1501 and SHR-2005) given directly into the bladder for people with high-risk bladder cancer that can't be fully removed with standard surgery and who aren't able to have their bladder removed. The goal is to see if this combination can control the cancer and avoid the need for bladder removal.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.

This trial tests a combination of a drug (DV) and BCG immunotherapy for people with high-risk, early-stage bladder cancer that has not spread into the muscle. The cancer must show a specific protein called HER2 on its cells.
This trial tests a new combination treatment (SHR-1501 plus BCG) compared to standard chemotherapy for people with bladder cancer that hasn't responded to BCG. The goal is to see if this combination works better at controlling the cancer.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy to treat large, non-invasive bladder cancer before and after surgery. It aims to avoid removing the bladder while still effectively treating the cancer.
This study tests a new drug called UGN-501, given directly into the bladder through a catheter, for people whose bladder cancer (non-muscle invasive) has returned after previous treatments. It aims to find the right dose and see if it helps control the cancer.
This study tests a new drug, SHR-2005, given directly into the bladder through a catheter. It is for people with intermediate- or high-risk bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle, and aims to see if it is safe and how well it works.
This Phase 2 trial studies whether the study medicines SI-B003 alone or together with BL-B01D1 plus SI-B003 can shrink or control advanced cancers that have not responded to standard treatment (or where standard treatment isn’t possible). It also looks at safety and how well the treatment works in people whose cancer can be measured on scans.
