Who can take part
- You are over 19 years old
- You are being treated in a cardiovascular critical care unit for cardiogenic shock or low blood pressure from a heart-related cause
- Your blood pressure is very low for at least 30 minutes despite fluids, or you need medicines to raise/maintain it
- You have signs of poor blood flow to the body or fluid in the lungs (or you are on a breathing/heart circulation support device)
- Your shock is linked to a specific heart-related problem or procedure (like blocked arteries, valve disease, heart procedures, device placement, or heart transplant) or you need close monitoring after certain treatments
- You (or your legal representative) agree to let the researchers review necessary medical records
