Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old, and have advanced NSCLC that cannot be cured with standard treatment
- Your cancer has come back or spread (relapsed or metastatic), and you have NOT had chemotherapy or other whole-body (systemic) treatment for that stage
- Your tumor can be measured on scans, and your body score is good (ECOG 0–1)
- You have enough remaining organ health (blood counts, liver, kidneys) for treatment, and you expect to live at least 3 months
- Your cancer tests negative for EGFR, ALK, and ROS1 gene changes (specific results matter)
- Your lung health is stable: no untreated brain spread, no serious uncontrolled fluid around organs, and no significant ongoing lung disease
