Who can take part

  • You have advanced or spreading non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy or cell test.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured on scans.
  • Your tumor has a mutation in STK11, KEAP1, or KRAS gene.
  • You have not had untreated or active brain metastases or cancer spread to the spinal fluid.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
