Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and can take part in study visits and tests.
- You have advanced solid cancer (locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic) that has failed standard treatments; for some people, liver cancer may qualify if diagnosed clinically.
- For the NSCLC (lung cancer) group: your tumor must be PD-L1 positive (TPS 1% or higher) and you should not have certain known “targetable” gene changes like EGFR or ALK.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on CT or MRI (based on size rules), and it must not have been newly treated with radiation unless it grew after treatment.
- Your overall health markers must be good enough for treatment (blood counts, kidney, liver, and clotting tests), and you must be able to function day-to-day (ECOG 0–1).
