Who can take part
- You can sign and date the consent form before any study-related blood/egg/sperm sampling
- You must have valid health insurance coverage
- If you are female, you are 18–37 years old; if you are male, you are 18–45 years old
- In the 2 months before starting approved melanoma treatment (anti-PD-1, or neoadjuvant + adjuvant, or targeted therapy), the treatment is for high risk of melanoma recurrence
- Your planned melanoma treatment must be routine care (not a new study drug), and you cannot switch treatment types during the study
