Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to sign the consent form before starting
  • Have advanced solid cancer confirmed by pathology (pathology test), such as small cell lung cancer, metastatic prostate cancer, esophageal cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer
  • Have tried standard treatment and it didn’t work or wasn’t tolerated (for ES-SCLC in Arm C, no prior anti-cancer treatment)
  • Be able to do daily life fairly well, with ECOG performance status 0 or 1
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that can be followed over time
  • Have adequate blood and organ function (including bone marrow) and life expectancy of at least 3 months
