Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are able to be up and out of bed for at least half of your waking hours (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- Your organs and bone marrow are working well enough (checked by blood and other tests).
- You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, and you've had at least one previous cancer therapy (or for certain types like non-squamous NSCLC or colorectal cancer, you may not have had prior therapy).
- You do not have uncontrolled heart, lung, or brain conditions, or a history of certain cancer spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord.
- You have not had a severe reaction to a similar type of drug (topoisomerase I inhibitor or an antibody-drug conjugate with it).
